Herd Manager/2ic/Would suit couple We are on the lookout for a skilled and dedicated herd manager with the goal of becoming 2ic, to join our team this 26/27 season starting as soon as possible. There is also part time work available for a partner with potential to grow into fulltime work, duties will include milkings/general farm work in all aspects. We are happy to provide training for the right applicant. NOT ACCREDITED EMPLOYERS must be an NZ citizen or NZ resident Must be available for an in-person interview. We milk all year round, milking 250 cows over June/July. Calving 150 in February, 100 in May and 600 in July/August. Farm is located 6 minutes from Tapanui, 25 minutes to Gore. Shed is a 54-bale rotary with ACR’s and smart wash. Our cows are wintered in a Wintering barn on farm and on support blocks nearby.
