Calf Rearer / Farm Assistant – Seasonal Position in Hinds We are looking for a reliable and motivated   Calf Rearer / Farm Assistant   to join our team for the upcoming calving season. We milk 950 cows in Hinds south of Ashburton Key Duties: Feeding and caring for calves Monitoring calf health and wellbeing Cleaning and maintaining calf sheds and equipment Following animal welfare and health & safety standards What We're Looking For: Previous calf rearing experience preferred but not essential Good attention to detail Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently Positive attitude and strong work ethic What We Offer: Competitive pay Supportive team environment Training and development opportunities

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a strong work ethic to join our team of 4 in late July, or early August.  Key things we are looking for: Positive attitude Keen to learn Has demonstrated a strong ability to work in a team environment and individually Good communicator Clean living habits - no drugs, non-smoking Work is available for up to three months.  Your own vehicle is essential - the nearest town is 35min away.  Shared accommodation is provided - you will have your own bedroom but share a house with one other employee.
