We have a position coming available for a 2ic /Farm Manager  Milking 250-300 cows through a 30-bale rotary shed. Must be able to work in NZ We are not accredited employers. Pasture & Feed Management: Ability to drive pasture covers. Carry out all farm maintenance Weed control, fencing etc Stock & Herd Management: Overseeing all animal health, calving, and mating programs. Milking: Ensuring efficient, hygienic milking routines to optimize milk quality (minimizing Somatic Cell Count). Compliance & H&S: Implementing effluent management and health and safety plans.   Experience:  "Must have at least 3 years New Zealand dairy experience Tractor & Machinery: Tractor experience, feeding out, side by side, 2 wheeler & 4 wheeler Communication & Admin: Ability to use farm software and report to the farm owner or operations manager. Licenses: A clean, valid NZ driver's licence.
