Role Overview   We are seeking a motivated and experienced  Second in Charge (2IC)  to join our team. This role is a vital hands-on leadership position. You will work closely with the farm owners to oversee daily operations and you will have full operational responsibility for the farm when the owners are off. The dairy is a 22 aside herringbone with cup removers and in shed feed system. A 2700 sqm composting barn is under construction.   Key Responsibilities Herd Management & Stockmanship Milking Operations:  Leading efficient, high-standard milking routines and maintaining excellent shed hygiene.
