Key duties Assist with daily farm management and implement farm policies and seasonal plans. Manage daily planning and staff supervision in the absence of the Farm Manager / Owner. Lead and supervise milking and shed routines, including rotary, ACR and ProTrac systems, maintaining milk quality, hygiene and efficiency. Coordinate herd routines, including stock movements, drafting and yard work.
