We are looking for a motivated Farm Assistant for our 216ha dairy farm in Taranaki, milking 580 cows in a twin rotary shed. Gain hands-on experience with Halter & Protrack. You’ll be involved in all aspects of the farm operation, including: Milking cows - morning and/or afternoon shifts as required Day-to-day herd and pasture management Calving, mating, and animal health planning Operating and maintaining machinery General farm work Perform any other tasks as required to support the day-to-day operations of the farm We are looking for: Previous dairy farming experience preferred A strong work ethic and positive attitude Interest in technology and data-driven farming Good communication and leadership skills and able to work well within a team Couples welcome if both are interested in working on the farm Pre-employment drug testing and criminal record checks are required.
