Experienced, capable operator required to manage our dairy operation 5kms from TeAwamutu. They will be responsible for managing all aspects of the farming operation, maintaining the property and dealing with all the normal dairy industry and farming matters as required with a goal of maximising production while containing costs. The farm has a 36 aside herringbone shed with ACRs and an in shed meal feeding system. Effluent is pond stored then pumped around the farm. There are plenty of sheds for calf rearing and equipment storage. The farm is generally flat to gently rolling with good races and water. Owner would prefer a jersey or jersey cross herd.
