A great opportunity has become available for a motivated and experienced dairy professional to join a well-established 70 ha (68 ha effective) property between Taupiri and Orini. As the farm transitions from a Contract Milker arrangement to a 50/50 Sharemilker, the opportunity is now available for the right person to step into the role, ideally from February 2027. You’ll be working alongside practical and engaged farm owners who value communication, animal welfare and efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a rewarding role within a tidy, productive farming operation with modern systems and a positive on-farm culture. Operating as a System 4–5, the farm currently milks 220 Friesian cows through a 24-aside herringbone cowshed equipped with in-shed feeding, auto drafting gates, and adjacent feedpad.
