Job opportunity: 1 dairy herd managers for the 2025-2026 season.
Duties will include but not limited to
- Getting cows in
- milking
- fencing
- calf rearing
- tractor work
- pasture knowledge
- must be able to work in certain patterns
- shed hygiene
- Weed control
- House hygiene
- Experience in riding a 2-wheeler & a 4-wheeler
- Following all health and safety policies
You must:
- Be honest, reliable and hardworking
- Able to work both in a team environment and unsupervised
- Have initiative, be motivated and willing to learn
- Must be able to pass a drug test & we do random drug test throughout the season.
- Clean the facility after any movement in or out
- MUST BE A NON-SMOKER AS WE GOT NO-SMOKING POLICY IMPLEMENTED ONTHE FARM & IN THE HOUSES.
