The farm is 98 ha of predominately flat contour. 270 cows will be milked for an estimated production of 95,000 kg MS. This season is ahead by 8% to date. Facilities include a very good house with 3 double bedrooms and double garage. There is a self-contained sleepout with carport if required. This farm is supported by a 29-ha support block. The cowshed is a 24 AS HB. This farm is on a quiet no exit road about 25 km from the town of Morrinsville We are looking for a progressive Sharemilker (this may suit a milking couple) who wants to continue improve the property.
