We are seeking to appoint an additional Farm Assistant to work in a 4 person team milking 750 cows at Tahuna, 20kms north of Morrinsville. We require a minimum of 2 years full time experience working on a dairy farm. A full Job Description is available on request but main duties will include: milking & feeding of dairy herd, maintaining hygiene standards in the milking shed, spraying of weeds, feeding of calves & youngstock, irrigation of dairy shed effluent & general farm maintenance.
Milking duties will be on a roster (including weekends) and in a 54 bail rotary with full automation.
