6/3 roster - so that our people can have a good work life balance. Our cows get milked twice a day but our humans only milk once a day. 3 pm shifts, then 3 morning shifts - so on your last day on - you are all done by 3pm. Then start back on the pm shift - full handover from am crew and a bit of sleep in!! SO... you actually get 3&1/2 days off!!

A full driver’s license and being able to ride 2- and 4-wheel motorbikes is also essential.
We are a drug free farm; we require you to not have a criminal record. We put on cooked team breakfasts through calving and often have BBQs or go dinner together at local pub - a great team of kiwi's!
