An opportunity has become available for a 2IC on a well-run, well-resourced 900-cow dryland dairy farm, located just 5 km from Methven.
Our current 2IC has been given the opportunity to purchase his own business, so will be moving on at the end of September. This has created an opportunity for someone who is ready to step into a key role within a well-established operation.
We are looking for someone who is hands-on, capable and willing to lead from the front. You’ll play an important part in the day-to-day running of the farm, working alongside the Farm Manager and wider team to keep things running smoothly and achieve good results.
This would suit an experienced dairy farmer who is looking for their next step, or someone already working as a 2IC who wants to take on more responsibility in a quality operation.
