We are seeking an experienced and motivated person to join our team.
This is a leadership role and you will be required to help manage a small team of people so great people skills and communication are very important! Must have positive attitude.
We hold high expectations for presentation, shed hygiene, animal welfare and targets such as SCC and production. You will need to be able to uphold these expectations and help implement and encourage this within the rest of the team.
We winter the cows on farm in the barn so suitable candidate must be confident and have good knowledge of tractor, mixture wagon and other machinery. Must be have good knowledge of animal health, identify mastitis including treating mastitis, downer cows.
