Due to expansion we are on the look out for another farm assistant to join our team.
The farm is located in Mayfield area, around 30min to Ashburton, methven and Geraldine. Great location with an amazing view of the mountains.
Peak milking 1050 cows through a modern 60 bale rotary with Protrack and auto cup removers with in shed feeding also using Allflex collars for animal health and reproduction.
The dairy farm is approximately 300ha.
The dairy farm is also supported by a 150ha run off across the road.
We run a self contained model growing and making our own silage also growing and harvesting majority of our own barley to feed back to the cows.
