We are looking for a farm assistant to join us at One Arrow.
We require someone with 1-3 years farming experience. You should be able to do the following under direction:

We run weekly toolbox meetings with food, teamwork Tuesday and there is a monthly catch up with the farm operater each month to go through your goals.
This is a fixed term position until 31 May 2027, As such Accredited Work Visas will not be considered.
Roster 7 day on 3 day off 8 day on 3 day off.
Only open to people in New Zealand. A negitive Pre employment drug test will be required.

We winter 1335 cows on a company owned run off to peak milk 1285 cows through a 54 bale rotary with Cup Removers on 341 ha under 3 pivots and 39ha of K line.
We are a grass based farm and are keen to harvest as much grass as we can grow with cows.
