We pride ourselves on running an efficient, safe, and well-managed operation where workload is shared and high standards are maintained across the board.

📋 The Role & Requirements

We are looking for a practical, hands-on team player who is comfortable with technology, proactive with stock care, and takes pride in their work.

  • Experience: Proven experience in dairy farming is required. Familiarity with automated shed systems and electronic drafting tools is a strong advantage.

  • Stock Sense: A good eye for animal health, heat detection, and confidence in identifying and treating health issues independently.

  • Technology: Comfortable utilizing farm management apps and wearable sensor data to track animal welfare and performance.

  • Machinery & Safety: Confident and safe operation of tractors, farm bikes, and general machinery. Valid driver's license required.

  • General Skills: Competent with pasture allocation, break feeding, electric fencing, weed control, and general farm maintenance.

🎁 What’s on Offer

  • Consistent Roster: A balanced rotation schedule designed to give you predictable, quality time off to recharge.

  • Modern Systems: Tech-driven farming with automated drafting and data monitoring—less manual drafting, more efficient routines.

  • Competitive Package: Remuneration tailored to your experience, skills, and overall contribution to the farm team.

  • Great Location: Situated in a strong farming community with easy access to local amenities, schools, and the coastal lifestyle Taranaki offers.

🛡️ Health, Safety & Standards

We maintain high health and safety standards for everyone on site.

  • Drug & Smoke-Free: We operate a strict drug-free and smoke-free workplace.

  • Pre-Employment Checks: Pre-employment drug testing and reference checks are standard conditions of employment.
