We are seeking an energetic and experienced 2IC who is honest, reliable and trustworthy to join our team. You will be working in a team of 4. The appointed person would work alongside the owner and other staff and be capable of sole milking with good animal husbandry. This is a great farm to learn more or bring your expertise to the team. The ideal candidate would: - be able to work in a team environment - have at least 2 years dairy farm experience - have experience with tractor work - capable of riding a 2 and 4 wheeler motorbike.
Confident with pasture management, shed hygiene and animal health, daily running of the cowshed, and daily farm maintenance.
We are happy to provide training and support to someone wanting to upskill and further their farming career.
