Piarere Holdings is looking for a Farm Assistant to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to assist the team with milking their herd of 600. The chosen applicant will assist with: Milking Cows, assisting with calving/calf rearing and mating, break fencing, managing cows into allocated paddocks, general good care of stock, weed spraying and assisting with general farm maintenance.
We are looking for an employee who is passionate about farming, are reliable and able to work well within a team environment. A drug test may be requested prior to confirmation of starting this role. We hope to fill this position with an employee looking for long term farm progression, as we have the capability of offering a pathway for the right applicant who has aspirations of progressing in the future.
