We're looking for a motivated and reliable Dairy Farm Worker to join our close-knit team on a progressive 750-cow dairy farm.

About the Role
This position is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of dairy farming experience who is confident with the day-to-day running of a dairy farm and is keen to continue developing their skills.
Your duties may include:
- Milking and maintaining high milk quality standards.
- Animal health monitoring and treatment.
- Feeding stock and pasture management.
- Shifting fences and allocating breaks.
- Calf rearing (seasonal).
- Effluent management.
- Weed control and general farm maintenance.
- Tractor and machinery operation (experience preferred but not essential).
- Maintaining a high standard of animal welfare, health and safety, and farm presentation.
What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years' dairy farming experience.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Honest, reliable, and willing to learn.
- Full New Zealand driver's licence preferred.
