Farm Assistant – NZ Only Experienced Dairy Farm Position
We are looking for a motivated and reliable kiwi Farm Assistant to join our progressive dairy farming operation.
Location: Waikato, New Zealand
About the role: You will be involved in all aspects of day-to-day dairy farming, including:
- Milking and shed hygiene
- Animal health and calving
- Moving stock and feeding
- Fencing and general farm maintenance
- Identifying and reporting animal health issues
- Operating farm vehicles and equipment safely
What we're looking for:
- A minimum of 2 years' dairy farming experience
- Confident milking and handling livestock independently
- Strong work ethic with good communication skills
- Reliable, honest, and able to work as part of a team
- A commitment to animal welfare and health and safety
- A current New Zealand driver's licence is essential
- Ability to operate machinery (tractor and two wheeler)
