  • We milk 1000 cows 6 minutes from Te Awamutu and 15 minutes from Cambridge.
  • The shed is a 70 bail rotary with ACR's, Protrack auto drafting, auto plant and vat wash and in shed feeding.
  • We have Allflex collars on the cows.
  • The farm is well set up and we take pride in operating a tidy and productive farm.

We are looking for a Farm Assistant to join our team to help with milking, tractor driving and general farm duties. You need experience working on a dairy farm in New Zealand and at least 1 year, current dairy farming experience. Experience milking in a rotary shed is an advantage. You will be competent operating 2 and 4 wheel motorbikes safely.

You MUST be eligible to work in NZ. If you do not have citizenship/residency PLEASE DO NOT apply. Please clearly outline your work experience.

You will be part of a team of 6 and will be on a 8 days on 3 off, 8 days on 2 off roster. You do not need to know everything, but you need some experience and a desire to learn and work in a team environment.
