We are looking for an experienced Tractor Driver and all round farm hand for our dairy farm.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS ON A DAIRY PLATFORM BUT DOES NOT INVOLVE ANY STOCK WORK.
This is a full time, fixed term position and starting 1st September until 30th of April. There may be opportunity to extend this.
Main Duties: Cultivation with Discs, Drilling, Rock Picking, Rolling, Mowing, Spraying of Liquid Fert and Fencing.
Other duties, Weed Spraying, Planting of Native Shelter Belts, Operating 20 Tonne Digger and general maintenance.
This position answers directly to farm owner, however good communication with Contract Milker and where required, farm staff is essential.
Renumeration is dependant on levels of experience and skill and will be discussed at time of interview.
This is a full time role, but hours and work days to be discussed and confirmed.
A two bedroom flat is available if required.
Must have the ability to work in New Zealand
Must have a clean, valid drivers licence and a police check maybe requested.
