Dairy Assistant Opportunity
Due to unforeseen family circumstances, one of our valued team members has had to leave the business. While we're sad to see them go, this has created an opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Dairy Assistant to join our team.
We're looking for someone who wants to be part of a high-performing dairy operation with a strong team culture, excellent systems, and a genuine focus on developing our people.
About the role
As a Dairy Assistant, you'll be involved in all aspects of the day-to-day operation, including:
- Milking and maintaining high shed hygiene standards
- Animal health and welfare
- Feeding stock and assisting with pasture management
- General farm duties and maintenance
- Working alongside a supportive, motivated team committed to excellence
What we're looking for
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable, honest and a team player
- Good communication skills
- Previous dairy farming experience is an advantage but not essential, as full training and support will be provided
- A commitment to safe farming practices and animal welfare
