Patoka has a strong and welcoming community, with the local school and kindy just 5 minutes from the farm. We're only 45 minutes northwest of Napier, giving you the best of both worlds - peaceful country living with town amenities close by.
There is also a thriving Young Farmers club just down the road, heavily involved with social events and on farm activities. The Eskview YF club has recently won NZ Young Farmer Club of the Year!

A picturesque 850 cow dairy farm based in Patoka, Hawkes Bay. The cross-bred cows will be sporting Halter collars, allowing for precision grazing and farm efficiency for staff to enjoy. Tidy infrastructure with a modern Waikato 50 bale rotary, 12 bay calf rearing shed, 600 cow feed pad and 4x houses (1x 2 bedroom, 3x 3 bedroom).
With rolling hill country and gullies planted in natives, there are plenty of hunting opportunities on the property. Great rural community and a 40 minute drive to Napier. Local primary school just 5 minutes down the road.
