Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Dairy Farm Assistant to join our team. We are a 1150 cow 300ha cow farm located 10 minutes from Darfield and 15 minutes from Rolleston.
Key Responsibilities:
- Milking cows.
- Maintaining high standards of animal health and stockmanship.
- Assisting with feeding of stock, putting up break fences and feeding out.
- General farm maintenance and cleaning.
- Assisting with animal health and welfare.
- Operating farm equipment (training provided if required).
- Supporting day-to-day farm operations.

You'll need:
- A full New Zealand driver's licence.
- To be drug-free and able to pass regular drug testing.
- To be confident riding two-wheelers and quad bikes. Tractor experience is an advantage but not essential.
- New Zealand citizenship or residency.
