1250 cows on 350 hectares
54-bale rotary with cup removers
In-bale feeding and wearables
Mixed-age cows wintered on farm
Milking in a rotary shed and helping maintain great milk quality
Wash-up and keeping the dairy shed clean and tidy
Assisting with stock movement, drafting, and general animal care
Helping with feeding support and day-to-day farm jobs as required
Working well within a team and following systems and instructions
Some milking experience preferred (training provided for the right person)
Confident riding a 2-wheeler (essential)
A good attitude: reliable, punctual, teachable, and a fast learner
Good work ethic and a solid work history with references
Strong awareness of health & safety and willingness to follow farm policies
Drug-free and willing to comply with pre-employment and random drug testing
Must be eligible to work in New Zealand and hold a current driver license (restricted/full)
6 on / 2 off over calving
5 on / 2 off for the remainder of the season
