Great communication skills
Duties will include:
Carry out sharemilkers daily plan and direct staff as required.
Feed management: the ability to look at grass and make adjustments based on residuals, weather and grass growth.
Shed management: ability to maintain shed to a clean and tidy standard
Tractor work- feeding out
Heat Detection, record keeping and drafting during mating
Identify, record and treat sick cows with accuracy
