We are located 15 minutes from Winton and 20 minutes from Invercargill in Southland.
Milking approximately 630 cows at peak
Predominantly Holstein Friesian
Self-contained farming system
Wintering barn
Automatic calf feeders
60-bail rotary with ACRs

6 & 2 for most of the year
6 & 1 through peak calving

You will assist with daily farm operations as directed, including:
Milking and shed hygiene
Feeding and pasture management
Animal health and welfare
Calf rearing support
Effluent management
General farm maintenance
Adhering to on-farm compliance (health & safety, environmental, animal welfare)
Positive, can-do attitude
Team player with good communication skills
Strong awareness of health and safety
Willingness to learn and grow
Previous dairy experience preferred but not essential
