We are seeking a reliable and motivated Casual Farm Assistant to join our dairy grazing operation. This is a flexible, drive-in position perfect for someone looking for regular relief work, students studying agriculture, semi-retired farmer or anyone wanting to pick up extra hours in a positive outdoor environment. Our farm is located approximately 20 minutes drive from Whanganui. Ideally, you will assist with morning shifts 2-3 days a week and provide assistance with day-to-day operations during peak periods, weekend shift and holiday cover. However, this is negotiable for the right person. Key Responsibilities Stock Management: Safely shift stock and move break fences. Monitor animal health and welfare. Assist with weighing and drenching of stock. General Farm Maintenance: Assist with weed control, fencing repairs, and help keep the farm tidy.
