Currently I have 6-10 dairy farms that will be soon seeking suitable contract milkers.   Key qualities of successful applicants are; Strong farm management experience, especially feed management.  Good staff management skills.  Good references and work history.  Previous experience as a contract milker or farm manager, 2IC may be considered in some instances.
