Torlesse Dairy is seeking an outstanding individual to join our team in Sheffield, Canterbury
on our beautiful 180ha dairy farm, milking 650 cows at peak through a modern 44 ASH.
We’re on the hunt for a Herd Manager to join our young and progressive team; we are
incredibly excited to offer this role to the right person, who we can share our slice of paradise
with and enjoy in the spoils of farming!

Ideally, the successful candidate will have:
- great attention to detail
- care and compassion for livestock
- be driven to chase great results
- have a real passion for farming
- be hungry to learn

- A very modern three-bedroom house, with multiple sheds on a stunning and private
8ha property that runs adjacent to the farm
- A flexible roster that supports life outside of farming; typically a 5 & 2 roster is run for
the majority of the year (a 6 & 2 roster is used during calving)
