We are a progressive dairy farming business based in the Eastern Bay of Plenty, milking approximately 600 cows through a 44-bale rotary shed.
We place a strong focus on animal health, pasture management, efficient systems and creating a good working environment for our team. We have a modern, well-equipped farming operation and are always looking for ways to improve how we work.
Our team is made up of four people on farm, with jobs shared across milking, stock work, feeding, general farm maintenance and seasonal work. We value reliability, a positive attitude and people who take pride in doing a job well.
We aim to provide a supportive workplace with good communication, fair rosters and opportunities for staff to learn, develop their skills and take on more responsibility over time.
