This role is ideal for someone with strong dairy farming capability who enjoys variety, can step in where needed, and takes pride in helping farms run well. You’ll work across different properties and teams, supporting day-to-day operations. The role is primarily focused on farm operations and farm coverage. That includes milking, stock work, feeding, general farm tasks, machinery operation, maintenance support and helping maintain good routines and standards across the farms.
