Dairy Trust Taranaki

  • Hāwera, New Zealand

Dairy Trust Taranaki is an independent, not-for-profit, science-led dairy farming organisation operating four farms in Taranaki. Our work combines practical farming, research, and demonstration, turning ideas into real on-farm outcomes for the wider dairy sector.

What sets us apart is our focus on people. We believe strong farming businesses are built on capable teams, clear systems, safe workplaces, and an environment where people are supported to do their best work. Health and safety, wellbeing, and a respectful team culture are central to how we operate day to day.

Across our farms, we aim to create workplaces where people feel valued, supported, and part of something meaningful. Our teams not only run high-performing farms, but also contribute to work that helps shape the future of New Zealand dairy farming.
