The property, located 10 mins north of Otorohanga, is well established, flat to rolling land. It is supported by an adjacent 60ha dairy unit running carryover cows and replacements and producing calf milk for our extended calf rearing programme.
This is a system 4 farming operation with PKE blends fed as supplement throughout the season via an in-shed feed system and silage blends fed via a herd home. Farm production is approximately 110,000 kgMS.
The farm is owned by DL & LJ Swap, who are also owners of J Swap Contractors Ltd
