We run this dairy farm and another similar size neighboring farm. Our systems are simple the home farm being 100% autumn calving and the other a traditional spring farm. All young stock are reared on farm. We aim to keep things specific but simple with an aim for preventative rather than curative actions. Bothe farms are herringbone 16 and 26 as respectively.
We work as a couple with a team member who is responsible for herd management of one farm, but not limited to which farm.
