We are looking for an experienced Farm Manager or Variable Order Sharemilker (VOSM) to lead one of our dairy farms. This role is suited to someone who takes pride in running an efficient operation, producing great results, and maintaining high standards of animal welfare, pasture management, and team leadership.

• Proven dairy farming or sharemilking experience.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• A focus on animal health, environmental care, and health & safety.
• A willingness to fully engage in the team culture of Ngai Tahu Farming
• The drive to achieve consistent results through good systems and planning and modern farm management practices.
• An openness to embrace the values and aspirations of Ngāi Tahu whānui and interest to grow your cultural understanding in te ao Māori
