We are seeking a calf rearer for the coming season on our farm situated just 10 minutes from Hawera. We will be calving from 19th July. Calf Rearing - Mid July – Mid October - Experience preferred, but full training will be given to the write person - Day to day feeding of calves  - Maintaining clean and hygienic facilities - Caring for animal health and wellbeing  - Hours split between morning and afternoon feedings  Requirements: - Previous experience working on a dairy farm would be ideal but not essential. - Physical fitness and ability to handle the demands of farm work, including manual labour and working in all weather conditions. - Reliable transportation to and from the farm, as well as flexibility in working hours to accommodate the milking/calving schedule.
