Responsibility Area/Tasks/Duties   Milking Operations •        Take full responsibility for the milking process, including hygiene and efficiency. •        Train, supervise, and support milking staff to ensure smooth and timely operations. •        Maintain and enhance milk quality standards, and proactively resolve any quality issues.   Feed Management •        Plan and implement seasonal and daily feeding programmes that meet animal needs and support farm profitability. •        Monitor on-farm feed supply consistently and ensure records are kept via the farm diary and Dairy Diary App. •        Ensure cow condition does not fall below 3.5 Body Condition Score at any time. •        Ensure pasture cover is maintained at a minimum of 2000 kgDM/ha as of June 1. •        Manage deviations from feed plans as needed, making timely and effective decisions.   Animal Health & Welfare •        Regularly monitor herd health...
