2IC / Herd Manager Wanted
We're seeking a 2IC/Herd Manager who is ready to bring a strong work ethic with a good sense of humour. If you are passionate about dairy farming, love a challenge and ready to up skill we want to hear from you!

We're looking for:
- Hardworking, reliable with good time management
- Initiative to know what jobs are needed to be done and can work autonomously
- Run the farm and lease block in sharemilkers absence
- Minimum 2 years dairy farming experience
- Confident in tractor work and ability to drive 2 wheelers.
- Quiet with stock excellent with animal health and husbandry
- Assist overseeing feed management
- Support with irrigation plans and movements
About us:
Contract milking 470 cows through a 40 ASHB with a feed pad on a system 3. 2 full time staff with relief staff.
