Due to unforseen circumstances we are on the hunt for a herd manager.
We milk 350 cows through a 34 a side herringbone shed with cup removers. A very simple system of mainly grass with a bit of maize and pk.
I'm looking for a herd manager, someone who can manage there own time, think for themselves so i not having to tell them what to do for the day etc.someone who is competent in the shed by themselves in my absence, quite around the cows, someone who is house proud. I run an 11 and 3 roster.
