Contract Milkers seeking a motivated farm assistant for the 2025 season.
We are initially seeking someone for a one year fixed-term contract, but there will be an opportunity to secure a permanent 2IC position from next season for the right candidate.
We will be milking up to 450 cows through a 36-a-side herringbone, with ACRs, automatic drafting and collars.
Ideal person will have experience with milking, mastitis detection & treatments, tractor skills, experience with travelling irrigator and putting up fences.
Located between Whakatāne and Ōpōtiki, only 25 minutes from the beach. A two bedroom house with two sleep outs is available on-farm. Two wheeler will be provided.
