Looking for a switched on Assistant Manager (2IC) near Marton! We are  looking for a switched - on individual who is eager  to learn and grow  in the farming industry.  We have  220 cows on 90 Ha going through a 20 ASHB cowshed  with inshed feeding . This is  a stunning farm with pockets of native bush and beautiful views just outside Marton.   The successful applicant will be involved in all aspects of the farm , liaising with the contract milker,  and will require the following skills/attributes: l  Understanding of all aspects of the day-to-day operations of a dairy farm l  The ability to milk sole charge l  Being confident in driving a tractor l  Excellent communication skills l  Excellent animal husbandry skills l  Reliable and trustworthy, with a great work ethic l  Ability to work independently and as part of a team l  The ability to work in NZ l  A keen attitude to learn and grow...
