Peak milking 420 cows through a 40 aside herringbone, on 130 ha and 10 ha being in Tulips. Cows are wintered off farm and feed by the grazier during this time. Rearing approx 120-140 heifer replacements. This is a system one operation with 2 good sized houses. good calf rearing facilities. School bus at the end of the road. Must have good MINDA record keeping skills and also good farm documentation. Farm is located 5 mins from Edendale and 25 mins from Invercargill.
