About the Farm Our farm features a 40‑a‑side herringbone shed equipped with ACRs, a well‑set‑up feed pad, and machinery including smaxtec monitoring system and drafting gate to support efficient daily operations. We run an effective team of two staff plus the sharemilker. We operate a fortnightly pay period with a variable rotating roster. The Role Main duties include: Milking (solo milking experience preferred) General day‑to‑day farm tasks Assisting with young stock and once‑a‑day milked animals Shed hygiene, animal health monitoring, and feeding Effluent management Tractor operation (required) Payloader training provided Roster Structure Year‑round: 7 days on / 2 days off   - 3 days on / 2 days off rotating roster Accommodation A modern two‑bedroom home with a single garage and heat pump is available.
