We are seeking an experienced and motivated Farm Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our 1,200-cow dairy farm on the beautiful West Coast of New Zealand.   About the Role: This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for the full management of farm operations. You’ll be leading a small team, overseeing pasture and herd performance, and ensuring compliance with all relevant standards.
