We are in search of a farm assistant to join our small team milking 430 cows on 165ha.  We have a simple system of all grass with in-shed feeding. All spring calved cows with winter crop fed to dry cows.  Applicant must be : Reliable Hardworking Trustworthy Energetic Able to think for themselves  Show initiative when out doing jobs required Experience in the dairy sector & milking in a herringbone AN NZ RESIDENT Applicant will be required to : Work with myself (share milker) Work with relief milkers Able to work by yourself Drive tractors & 2 wheeler Animal health knowledge  Break fencing/water leak/effluent knowledge
