Experienced 2IC - 500 cows
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is already a competent 2IC on a smaller farm and is wanting to step up in cow numbers. You need to have demonstrated good pasture management skills, be confident at heat detection and have good sound knowledge in identifying and treating sick animals.Must be able to step up wen contract milker is away.
50 bail rotary shed, inshed feed system , 135 ha. 20 minutes from te awamutu. The accommodation offered for this role is a good three-bedroom home with a fire and garage fully fenced section . They also offer very good time off and a competitive salary.
