The farm is flat with Central racing system. The cowshed is a 30 aside modern herringbone. The farm is run as a system 4 with twice daily Supplementary feeding on feed pad. It is a small but high producing modern farm, that requires close monitoring during wet winter conditions to eliminate pasture damage. The number 1 priority on this farm is tiredness, with all plastic recycle and everything is kept in a very tidy manner,  machinery serviced fortnightly.

Urgent : Requiring Relief Farm Help , 3 Days a week to help permanent staff (when one has days off) with dairy farm duties. (3 Days a week, between Friday through to Tuesday.) Relief Milking, (Calf feeding & calf well-being & heath, picking up calves etc,) with one other permanent staff. Modern Farm, well setup, 3km from Te Awamutu Town, 8 km from Ohaupo Village. Will consider NZ citizens, residents & holiday visas. ( EXPERIENCE is ESSENTIAL .) 300 Cows, 30 aside modern Herringbone. Pay negotiable on experience .
