We are seeking someone to assist with the day-to-day management of our flat 210-hectare, 750-cow farm located in Te Awamutu. The successful applicant will work with our 2IC; they will need to be able to work well in a team environment. The aim is to create a positive environment for everyone to achieve both career and personal goals, with a realistic view on expectations and individual abilities. We expect staff to use common sense and take responsibility for their own actions.
